Improving sleep in children with GoodNight glasses
Recently, a mother came to the clinic with her 8-year-old daughter, concerned about persistent sleep problems: difficulty falling asleep, late bedtimes (around 10 p.m.) and frequent night-time awakenings. These difficulties were affecting the child's daily balance and well-being.
After assessing the situation, we advised her to try GoodNight glasses, specially designed to limit exposure to blue light at the end of the day – a well-known factor in sleep disorders, especially in younger children.
A month later, the mother returned to share her feedback: her daughter now falls asleep easily at 8 p.m. and sleeps through the night without interruption. The change has been so remarkable that she described the glasses as ‘magical’.
This is a great example of the positive effects that simple, tailored solutions can have on sleep quality, even in children.
